ALL our vans have gps on the vans and pick ups
off duty driving is NOT ACCEPTABLE by the technicians.
Please do not drive off duty with out permission from a supervisor.
Failure to comply will result in loss of vehicle or a $100 fee payable to
ASAP PLUMBING out of your paycheck after taxes.
GPS MUST WORK AT ALL TIMES, IF IT STOPS WORKING
THEN ALL THE MANAGERS START GETTING ALERTS TO THERE CELL PHONES
TAMPERING WITH YOUR EQUIPMENT WILL CAUSE THE LOSS OF THE VEHICLE.
I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND AUTHORIZE ASAP TO DEDUCT ANY AND ALL COSTS IN CASE I FAIL TO COMPLY,
WITH THE NO DRIVING OFF DUTY POLICY AND GPS POLICY.

RETURN OF THE ASAP VEHICLE
upon request by an ASAP supervisor, TECHNICIAN will return THE VEHICHLE AND ALL EQUIPMENT ISSUED TO TECH to
5508 wilmin way or other designated location.
I agree to indemnify ASAP of any costs associated with recovering this van,
which may include, a towing charge, any and all recovery costs, asap labor costs
replacement costs for keys and or
door clickers, attorneys fees, court costs, and any other cost associated with the
returning of the vehicle. I agree to indemnify ASAP of any cost associated with
recovery of any equipment and materials assigned to the TECHNICIAN.
