If a technician breaks down Monday through Saturday between 7 AM and 4:30 PM, they are to notify their manager first, then notify the dispatcher and the dispatcher will you get your free towing. Our towing service is free we have to call our GPS company which includes towing for free. (network fleet)

They will ask for the height and length of the van if needed for clearance.
